Within two minutes of meeting Eilidh I had decided that I wanted to get her involved in an event at Yarnfield Park. That is the sort of impact she has on people!

We ran an event during October and Eilidh did not just turn up on the day; she was involved in the planning of the event from the outset. We just told her what we wanted the event to achieve and she delivered a totally professional package including a keynote speech and delegate participation activities.

The event created a real buzz throughout the organisation and the feedback from those who attended has been excellent …..and people are still getting up in the morning, looking in the mirror and saying “Good Morning Gorgeous!

Hi Eilidh,
I know you are abroad, but I am doing this while I remember!
I just wanted to thank you once again for speaking at the CIPFA seminar. Your talk left me completely positive and I have been reading my ‘Cool Beans’ out to all my family and friends (Especially my sister)

I usually feedback to speakers the results from the feedback forms completed by delegates on the day to let them know how they have been perceived, and this is what they said about you:

On how relevant the topic was to them: 50% Excellent & 50% Good
On how they rated you as a speaker: 66% Excellent & 44% Good
Which just goes to show how much the delegates enjoyed your slot! Although I think some could probably benefit from another session, as some people never ever mark anything down as excellent - just too risky for them to stick their necks out I think!
Thanks again Eilidh!

I had the pleasure of hearing you speak at the recent CIMA MiPs conference and felt you made a lasting impression on the delegates despite having a time slot near the end of the last day.

I have recounted your "three words to describe yourself" scenarios to several people since the conference resulting in great amusement. I have also implemented your "things not to do" time saver tip since coming back from the conference as well. An excellent session that I found extremely motivating.

I would like to write a recommendation for you based on the slot you did at the conference if you would like to join my LinkedIn network?

Eilidh made a long overdue return to speak at the headteachers annual conference. The general theme of the conference was Wellbeing and, as previously, Eilidh fitted in well with the requirements of the day.

All her sessions were oversubscribed and many headteachers who missed the sessions and received such positive feedback from colleagues have requested another return visit. All evaluation sheets rated Eilidh very highly, not surprising as her sessions delivered meaningful messages in a relaxed and humorous way that was specifically relevant to the delegates.

Eilidh’s personality is lively and friendly, she is always well prepared, easy to work with and professional in every way.

Hi Eilidh,

Firstly thanks for yesterday's coaching session. Amazingly, within an hour of getting home after our session I had to deal with a tricky issue at work. I was able to remember the suggestions you made about my tone of voice, attitude etc and I dealt with the situation quickly and I believe pretty successfully.

I have really enjoyed working with you and it has had a massive effect on my confidence and attitude to work. The recommendations you made have had a tremendous effect on my management skills and encouraged me to find answers for myself through further reading which I never would have done a few months ago.

The best thing about the process for me though has been your coaching style, it is great that you listen and offer advice gently without ever lecturing or talking 'at' me. I always felt that I was part of the process and i was not simply 'being coached' without any consideration of my ideas. I have mentioned before that it feels like I have learnt a lot 'through Osmosis' and I still think that is the case.

Feel free to quote or paraphrase me anytime. I have no problem with my comments being published in any forum, book or website and would be glad to recommend you to my colleagues.

It has been a real pleasure to meet and work with you.

Warmest regards and best wishes,

Paul

"Eilidh is pure genius and inspirational. I knew this the first time I met her, which incidentally was on an open top bus in the centre of Barcelona two years ago; a chance meeting that was to have a BIG impact for me.

I have recently had to go through a major senior management organisational restructure where I have had to fight to retain my position which I have held for the last 8 years. Whilst confident in many aspects of my life, my Achilles heel in my confidence is INTERVIEWS having had several negative experiences in the past. This one was the biggest I have had to face.

My thoughts immediately turned to how am I going to handle this and who can help me? Then I remembered my open top bus in Barcelona and Eilidh. She is brilliant and helped me to reflect on my strengths, gave me some wonderful tips from presentation to relaxation!! Eilidh helped me to believe in me again and helped me to see that the whole process could be FUN if you were in the right mode and could engage your audience.

I did and now I have been offered the No 1 job in the re-structure that I wanted! I cannot recommend Eilidh highly enough and thank heavens for that winter weekend in Barcelona!" Jill Derbyshire

I received good feedback about the session, the staff largely enjoyed your
talk and it was very much what I was looking for...a dose of positivity to
lift the spirits! I particularly liked the aspect of positive action
following on from positive thinking. This is a very powerful point, to put
the duty onto the individuals to be proactively positive in their every
day working life.

I think the most striking aspect of the talk was your delivery style, you
very much swept everyone away with you on an energetic, positive wave;
truly uplifting and the use of humour got everyone chuckling away any doubts about how they might be effected by a positive thinking speaker.

I thoroughly enjoyed the talk and would recommend your services to anyone looking for a motivational speaker, the use real examples and tips to engage individuals towards positive action was particularly refreshing.
