A lot can happen, even when everything is going right. Even when the staging is perfect and the speakers perform well, there is always one remaining uncertainty - the audience.  And ultimately it's the audience who will judge the success of an event.
Eilidh has delivered keynote speeches to thousands of people across four continents.  She has two decades of training, facilitation and coaching; working with people from Aberdeen to Adelaide. She has the ability to make the complex simple. Her clients include corporates such as PWC, BAE Systems, Compass, BT, Morgan Stanley, Barclays and MunichRE; education - public sector organisations, associations and the SME market.

She's a Fellow and National President of the Professional Speaking Association in 2014, a  member of the Global Speakers Federation; a columnist, regular radio guest and contributor on media chat shows, a female motivational speaker and conference presenter and facilitator for business. Over Ten Years of Experience

Eilidh and her team have over ten years experience in working with conference organisers. What sets them apart is their willingness to take time to appreciate the issues underlying your conference, and build them into their material, along with our stagecraft and ability to entertain whilst embedding the learning.

Behavioural Strategist

"Seeing Things Differently" is one of the most popular elements in Eilidh's suite of "Confidence Toolbox Talks," which as a behavioural strategist, she deploys to implement change.

At the Confidence Press, we pride ourselves in first-class follow through. Below is a Pdf we specially designed and created for the delegates at CSTN.

We can similarly craft a document to enhance and support your events.
