She has spoken to more than 20,000 people in UK and Europe in recent years and has coached clients from Aberdeen - Abu Dhabi - Australia. As an inspirational speaker, Eilidh has skill in working with people to facilitate change, reduce stress and increase the happiness factor in their lives. She is the Past-President of the Professional Speakers Association (NW Chapter) and a current board member of PSA and has a passion to perform.

Her heritage is Scottish. This is the root of her unusual first name, which is Gaelic for Helen. (Listen to audio file here). Her clan motto is ‘Listen o’ Listen!’ Her ancestors would have shouted this battle cry at their warrior opponents, as they came hurtling down the Scottish Highlands brandishing their claymores.
