A life coach course is a modern and rapidly growing method of coaching that can help you to improve, develop, learn new skills, find personal success, achieve your aims/goals and manage your life changes and personal challenges.
A coaching course may be beneficial to you if:
- You want your priorities to match your values
- You would like to improve your presentation and speaking skills
- You are going through a period of transition in your personal or professional life
- You are a high achiever who wants to take your life to a new level
- You want a great life and great career - in that order
- You want to identify your vision, mission and goals
- You are relocating or made redundant
“Eilidh is a truly positive and inspiring person. She gives offan aura of positivity which is very inspiring in itself. She instils apositive attitude in people, helping them to follow her example, becomemore positive and to think the best of themselves.” Jean Atkinson, Branch Secretary, Unison, 2008
Coaching is a relatively new and different profession - different to psychology, counselling or therapy. The big difference is that coaching does not claim to have the answers. The purpose of a life coach course is not to go over old ground, be past-orientated or to force-feed information. A good coach works with clients to help them find the answers for themselves. A good coach intrinsically believes that the client already has the solutions.
“Eilidh has helped me focus on identifying and achieving my short and long term goals. Sessions were enjoyable, but more importantly have helped me achieve a work/life balance.” Maureen, Solicitor, Stockport, 2009
