'Confidence The 7 Keys To Your Happiness,' has been built of the success of "Love your Life, Survive the System." This new publication shows you how to the find passion to drive you forward; how to overcome disillusionment, bolster your self-esteem and successfully take your life out of stall-mode.

'Confidence The 7 Keys,' normally retails at £14.95 however, today it will retail at just £12.71 including UK postage - an Amazon price match.
In her second book Eilidh takes her confidence subject matter to a wider audience and does so very effectively, (her first book Love Your Life - Survive the System: A Teacher's Happiness Curriculum was written with teachers in mind). The layout of this second book makes it a very easy read, which is not to say that it's in any way light or trivial - just very "accessible" and therefore useful. A lot of thought has clearly gone into the writing and production of this book and I'm sure that this isn't the last we've seen from "The Confidence Press".

"This is an excellent handy size easy to read book which takes you right to the heart of the keys to building confidence. It has excellent exercises but at the same time challenges you to take action, great tips and real life experiences from external contributors. It applies to all ages and backgrounds, no matter where you are coming from this book will help to show the way.
A crisis in confidence can hit us all when we are least expecting it, so keep it with you, it will help.
Thoroughly enjoyed it - made me appraise my own confidence levels.

Hi Eilidh

Hope you are well?

I just wanted to share with you how your book has helped my beloved husband.

He started a new business recently and everything got on top of him (he suddenly was not his usual confident self).

I won't go into detail now, but I gave him your book to read. 'Confidence 7 keys to your happiness' from the Conference.

He never usually sits still long enough to read a book, but he read it, realised that giving up the job he was very good at... but hated due to politics and starting his own business, WAS the right thing to do.

He has even read 'who moved my cheese' as you recommend in your book and is now back into things. He is re-planning his business strategy to suit and sub contracting whilst he does this.

Thank you so much...

I've read through it quickly and now I'll read it in more depth. I would not read it again, if I did not find it useful. I could not put it down!

I just loved Cool Beans by the same Author, and this book didn't disappoint. It was upbeat, beautifully laid out, easy to dip in and out of the bits you need, without having to read the whole book and written in the tone as if the Author was speaking to me personally. Chocked full of helpful personal anecdotes it helps bolster you over any problem areas you're encountering and reinforces the point that if your comfort zone isn't growing, then it's shrinking, and taking action is the positive way to address your confidence levels. They don't call Eilidh Captain Positive for nothing! If you like your personal development reads, you'll love this.
