Leadership-Self-deception Getting Out of the Box? (this in now available from my Amazon Affiliate site.
This Skype-chat popped up at breakfast time two weeks ago. It came from our son, Kyle 27, who works in IT in Dublin.
Would his words prompt you to buy a copy? Of course, me too - I immediately ordered "Leadership & Self Deception, Getting out of the Box..."by the Arbinger Institute to find out what had made such an impressionon Kyle. What was this book? What had caused him to stay up readinghalf the night? What was so exciting that he felt compelled to sharethe ideas with me over breakfast?

Kyle is of the opinion that the 'Box" concepts have changed his life andextols me to write a speaking programme based on the work "Outside the box..."
