This can be tailored to address specific issues within your company or organisation. You may have some people who now have to take on far more of a leadership role than previously.

You may have managers who will have to take the next steps and go beyond being good or even excellent managers, to become inspirational leaders within your business.

You may be planning or undergoing big changes and need people to ensure those changes are made as smoothly and as anxiety free as is possible. Good leaders can help do this.  

Leadership Development may be just what you need to help your whole organisation progress to the next level.

My key education clients are leaders in schools and colleges who are moving forward. I offer them a personal development Sat Nav. - a tailored skills programme to boost their confidence and prepare them for Ofsted.

Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must hold a Senior Management Position
• The company/organisation must employ between 5 and 249 personnel
• The applicant must be able to commit to starting the development within 90 days of meeting with an advisor

The company or organisation must not have accessed LSC Leadership & Management grant funding in the past 3 years

The Funding

• Up to £1000 available for development of either a Director or Senior Manager of which:
• Up to £500.00 for the owner/senior manager/key director without contribution from the employer
• A further £500.00 providing the employer matches the contribution
• So you could have £1500.00 worth of training for just a £500.00 contribution
