Free & Funded Courses -Directors' Development Programme-Staffordshire, UK

My key education clients are leaders in schools and colleges who are moving forward. I offer them a personal development Sat Nav. - a tailored skills programme to boost their confidence and prepare them for Ofsted.

If you employ between 5-249 staff, you may qualify for a £500 fully supported grant. This is available for public sector in Staffordshire and includes leadership within schools. There is also additional co-funding available for a further £500.00. These monies are available via the Directors' Development Programme.

Or give me a call to discuss your needs, as we can tailor the training to your requirements. Once you have decided what support you/your staff need, we can arrange for you to meet with a broker to complete the necessary Business Link paperwork.

So an hour's meeting could save you £500 and more besides. The choice is yours. Settings such as nurseries and pre-schools are eligible to apply for this grant too, so please pass on this information, if you know of an organisation that could benefit.

This programme is designed especially for first time or middle managers. Additional Information: Claiming back funding:

  1. Organisation receives and pays invoice
  2. Proof of this payment is required (e.g. bank statement)
  3. Organisation raises an invoice to West Midlands Brokerage Service (exclusive of VAT)
  4. Organisation signs and returns the declaration document (this comes with confirmation of funding information) with the invoice plus the proof of payment to West Midlands Brokerage Service.
  5. West Midlands Brokerage Service payment is within ten working days.
