If you employ between 5-249 staff, you may qualify for a £500 fully supported grant. This is available for public sector in Staffordshire and includes leadership within schools. There is also additional co-funding available for a further £500.00. These monies are available via the Directors' Development Programme. So if you have not accessed this funding yet, why don't you mail me for my skills matrix, which is the first step. Or give me a call to discuss your needs, as we can tailor the training to your requirements. Once you have decided what support you/your staff need, we can arrange for you to meet with a broker to complete the necessary Business Link paperwork. So an hour's meeting could save you £500 and more besides. The choice is yours. Settings such as nurseries and pre-schools are eligible to apply for this grant too, so please pass on this information, if you know of an organisation that could benefit. IMU programmes specialise in helping individuals to improve their ability to plan, organise, and make the most effective use of their day.
